The name Lapaixs originates from the French word "La paix", meaning peace. Pronounced [la pɛ]—with a short "e" sound, like the "pe-" in pet—it carries the essence of harmony and balance. Our emblem, the Lapaixs favicon, embodies this philosophy through nature’s palette: brown and green at the base evoke the grounding presence of earth and flora, while warm blue and orange above capture the expansive sky. At the heart, an icy blue backdrop cradling the LP monogram represents the serene ocean, all framed within a central circle—uniting these elements into a harmonious symbol of peace across the globe.

Journey & Expertise

Founded in 2002, Lapaixs began on eBay, offering professional photographic equipment such as White Lightning monolights, Sekonic meters, and camera systems from Nikon, Panasonic, and Hasselblad. Over time, our journey evolved toward premium apparel and footwear, blending high-end luxury brands with practical sportswear and contemporary streetwear.

Humidity-Stabilizing Desiccants: A 5- or 10-gram desiccant inside the inner bag neutralizes low-temperature condensation.
Sub-Zero Resilience: To protect against extreme transit delays in freezing climates, we use heavy-duty sealed freezer bags rated to 0°F (-18°C) to prevent plastic brittleness.
Durable Outer Layer: Single or double mailer/box layers provide the final shield.
Reinforcement & Cushion: Taped corners/seams and cushioning absorb impact shocks.

Carriers & Delivery Speeds

We ship from within the continental United States, typically utilizing UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver depending on the value of the package. However, we are fully equipped to customize fulfillment based on your needs—including your choice of alternative carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or other private partners, as well as expedited One-Day or Two-Day delivery options.

To give your carrier the best possible head start, we dispatch packages within 24 hours. Same-day shipping cut-off times (Eastern Time) are structured as follows:
